“BEST FRIENDS ICE CREAM PAW-TY” WITH K9S FOR WARRIORS

WHAT:
Ben & Jerry’s Nocatee invites local media and the community to a special “Best Friends Ice Cream Paw-ty” on National Best Friends Day, Sunday, June 8, from 2–3 PM. This free, family- and dog-friendly event marks the launch of Scoops & Service: A Sweet Mission for Veterans and Dogs, a $10,000 fundraising campaign with K9s For Warriors to sponsor a veteran and service dog pairing.

This heartfelt event also honors the late Steve Chubbuck — a veteran, former co-owner, and beloved husband of the current owner — whose belief in the healing power of dogs continues to inspire.
