Beaches Library Comic Fest free to the public event returns for its 10th year from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 3rd, at the Beaches Branch Library, 600 3rd Street, Neptune Beach. Sponsored by Friends of the Beaches Branch Library, this free event features an epic team up of local cosplayers, artists, makers and comic creators from the Beaches community and beyond.
