Augusta Savage for Children

On Saturday, February 16th, 2 – 3 p.m., ages 5 – 12 will be introduced to local sculptor Augusta Savage, her role in the Harlem Renaissance, her work for equal rights in the arts. children will create a collaborative Lego display and discuss her life and career.
