The Arc Specials Aging Support ribbon cutting and grand opening for the Kimberly Smoak Pommer day center, 8011 Phillips Highway, Friday, September 15th at 10 a.m. The program aims to increase quality of life and wellbeing through a variety of services including occupational therapy, individualized care plans.
