Agape Family Health Promote, Protect and Inform (PPI) program: Coping with Anxiety

Agape Family Health Promote, Protect and Inform (PPI) program will be hosting a “Coping with Anxiety” Workshop on April 23, 2024, from 6:00pm-7:15pm at 120 King Street (Agape Family Health Clinic). Attendants will learn about the stress cycle. What Anxiety is, and strategies to effectively combat fear, worry and other feelings that support anxiety.
