He has spent his entire career in financial services, both in practice and in consulting/technology. He spent seven years as a managing director with Creative Financial Group, and three years as VP of Sales at Hoopis, an innovative training and development consultancy. Jason sits on the board of the American Ireland Fund Philadelphia, and the Brian H. Early Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Lynchburg, where he captained both the basketball and golf teams.
