The Phoenix Arts & Innovation District (PHX JAX) and Jax Wall Project announce the 2nd Annual Spring Mural Jam, showcasing over 40 of the region’s most talented muralists, graffiti writers, and street artists, Saturday, April 19th, 10 a.m. at the Legacy Building at 2404 Hubbard St., as well as the walls on 14th Street, between Market and Hubbard Streets, into a vibrant outdoor gallery.
