The St. Paul AME church family is excited to commemorate “150 Years of Transforming and Impacting Lives.” Since 1873, the historic church has been a stalwart in the Lincolnville community.
St. Paul played a major role during the 1960’s Civil Rights movement. Rev. Martin Luther King, Andrew Young, Hosea Williams, Ralph Abernathy and Jackie Robinson are among the civil rights leaders who encouraged participants from St. Paul’s pulpit.
As part the 150th Anniversary celebration, St. Paul is raising funds to support two of its many ministries – Youth & Young Adult and the Senior Citizens Ministry.
