Since 1959, The Bridegroom Apostle Church has led a faithful and praying congregation. Currently under the leadership of Bishop Arden Luster, church members, family and friends with sponsorship of the Women’s Auxiliary gathered to present their women’s initiative community event on the church grounds The initiative was birthed to convey health awareness to their members and the underserved community. Participants arrived early and started the day registering for the One Blood Donation and mammogram Buddy Busses, perusing vendor booths, healthcare screenings, blood pressure check, dental, veterans and vaccination information. No cost to the public, hundreds lined up for the food truck snacks and Bounce House activities for the children.
