TV Newscaster Dawn Lopez and Gene.com hosted the second annual Black Entrepreneur SisTer Society USA (B.E.S.T.) awards gala held last weekend at the Prime Osborn Convention Center. The gala honored over 120 African American Women and Men Entrepreneurs. In addition, 300 attendees witnessed the crowning of five living B.E.S.T. Living Lady Legend Awards: Leola Coleman, Kezia Rolle, Meredith Kaylamill Miller, Shara Mondy and Charles Scantling was the recipient of the Best Boss Living legend award.
