Mayor Donna Deegan to joined with community leaders from ‘Out East,’ with Jaguars president Mark Lamping, and elected officials, as they signed the $94 million Community Benefits Agreement at In the Word International Church. This agreement, part of the Jaguars stadium deal, will lift up the Eastside, help young adults onto the career ladder, and transform our downtown waterfront with new world-class riverfront parks. “I’m very excited about the way the CBA will take Jacksonville from “potential to progress,” and I hope you are too,” said Mayor Deegan.
