Before Email: Letters from Black America

Through the illuminating letters of ordinary and exceptional African-Americans, cast members give life to correspondence from Toni Morrison, Paul and Alice Dunbar, Martin Luther King, Jr., Zora Neale Hurston, Langston Hughes and others. This multimedia Readers Theater production is based on “Letters from Black America” by Pamela Newkirk. Thursday, February 26, at 6:30 p.m. at the Dallas Graham Branch Library, 2304 Myrtle Ave. N.
