Wellness Event Induces Meditation and Rejuvenation for the Mind, Body and Spirit

Melissa Case Live Entertainment (MCL) presented ‘The Escape: Body and Soul Wellness Festival,’ a family-fun filled day centered around using music and play therapy along with physical activity to promote mental health to the community.  The event was held inside the Main Street Food Park in Springfield a designated food truck eats, playground and live entertainment area.  The free event provided an opportunity for families to access mental health resources and education while experiencing the joy that live music, play, exercise, meditation, shopping and food can bring!
