With a special ability to motivate people to see their purpose, Coach J Dianne Tribble, CEO and Founder of At the Table Life Coaching presented her 11th Vision Board training to help participants make 2020 their best year yet. The empowering workshop held at Vystar Riverside was themed, “I Can See Clearly Now.”

During the workshop, the all female class created a “visual of success” to establish strategies to see their vision of their future come to pass. The vision board allows them to set goals with immediate steps designed to get the participants moving forward. The ultimate goal is for participants to commit to doing their part in reaching and exceeding goals to provide the accountability and energy necessary to drive results.

Mid-year, the workshop will be followed-up with a vision board “tune up” designed to check the status and tweak individual goals. As an added layer of accountability, each participant was tasked with writing a congratulatory letter and a check to herself for the work committed to making the goals, dreams, and desires come to pass. The letters will be mailed to each participant December 2020.
