    Tom Joyner Family Reunion Take Over Featured Concerts, Classics, Seminars and Expo

    Tom Joyner and his morning crew, Sybil Wilkes, and J. Anthony Brown took over Orlando’s Gaylord Palms Convention Center during Labor Day weekend for his 13th “Family Reunion.” This year’s included concerts by Teddy Riley, Wreckx n Effect, Johnny Gill, Kool Moe Dee, Regina Bell, comedian David Williams, Jazmine Sullivan, Avant, Dougie Fresh and Maze. Also, on the expo main stage were workshops and seminars that included the Walgreen’s Happy and Healthy Challenge tour bus, The Seven Wealthy Habits that Turn Income Into Wealth, US Team Sports Football Clinic, and the Teen summit: The Power of a Young Entrepreneurial Mind, Dance Fitness, HBCU Roundtable, a spades tournament, relationship talk with Deya Direct and comedian David Williams and more! Celebrities were also on hand to meet, greet and receive autographs from 70’s show Good Time actors, James Amos, BerNadette Stanis, Jimmy “JJ” Walker, Ralph Carter and Johnny Brown; Living Single cast members Erika Alexander, Kim Coles, T.C. Carson and John Henton and BET’s The Game actress Wendy Raquel Robinson. Over 12,000 people from around the country participated in the Tom Joyner Family Reunion weekend.
