JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Oct. 9, 2025) – The Monique Burr Foundation for Children (MBF) proudly announces the 2025 Dream Finders Homes Champions for Child Safety Pro Am Golf Tournament, presented by AT&T, Jax Utilities Management, Lennar, and MJC Land Development.
The tournament is Monday, Dec. 8, at The Palencia Club in St. Augustine. The tournament’s Pairings Party is Sunday, Dec. 7.
Sponsorship opportunities are available to support the development and delivery of MBF Prevention Education Programs, which are designed to empower youth, equipping them with strategies to prevent, recognize, and respond appropriately to various challenges such as bullying, online dangers, child abuse, and exploitation/trafficking.
“Our annual pro-am tournament is not just about playing on the course with pro golfers — it’s a chance to rally support and much-needed funds that fuel our work to protect children,” said Tanya Ramos-Puig, MBF Chief Executive Officer. “We are grateful for this opportunity to drive this life-saving work, making a lasting impact across the globe.”
Funds raised from the tournament benefit MBF Prevention Education Programs and MBF’s efforts to reach more youth. Thanks to partners, supporters, and advocates, this past year, MBF reached 16 million children, expanded its reach in Puerto Rico, and launched its inaugural Advisory Council — a group of subject-matter and lived experts who bring their collective experience and wisdom to inform our prevention education programming from pre-K through 12th grade.
Last year, the tournament raised over $585,000 in support of child abuse and bullying prevention education and resources. Sponsorship opportunities, ranging from $2,000 to $40,000, are available. To learn more about sponsorship opportunities, visit https://championsforchildsafety.com/sponsorships/.

The Monique Burr Foundation for Children (MBF) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1997 by Edward E. Burr in honor of his late wife, Monique Burr, a devoted child advocate. MBF Prevention Education Programs include school-based programs MBF Child Safety Matters® (Grades Pre-K – 5) and MBF Teen Safety Matters® (Grades 6 – 12), and extra-curricular programs MBF Athlete Safety Matters® (Grades K – 12) for youth athletes, and MBF After-School Safety Matters® (Grades K – 8) for after-school and youth-serving organizations.
