Senior Day at JEA Returns Wednesday, June 17

Free monthly resource fair connects seniors with community agencies, utility assistance information, and support services

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — JEA will host its monthly Senior Day at JEA on Wednesday, June 17, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at JEA Downtown Headquarters.

Senior Day at JEA is a free resource fair that connects seniors with community partner agencies and services. Attendees can speak directly with local organizations to learn more about programs that help seniors age independently, reach their goals and save money.

This month’s event will include returning partner Jewish Family & Community Services, which will offer utility assistance.

JEA will also provide water conservation kits, while supplies last, and socks will be distributed thanks to a generous donation.

Customers seeking utility bill assistance must make an appointment through United Way 2-1-1. Appointments are subject to availability, and documentation may be required.
