Museums, Community, and the Work Ahead: A Talk with Dr. Russ Wigginton, Tuesday, February 10th, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dr. Wigginton, President of the National Civil Rights Museum, will explore the roles and responsibilities of museums as stewards of memory, agents of dialogue, and catalysts for social reflection. The talk will consider how cultural institutions can remain relevant and responsive to the communities they serve, while engaging honestly with history.
