Mt. Zion AME Church Community Care Day

Mt. Zion AME Church in Green Cove Springs, Florida and Good Shepherd Medical Center in Middleburg, Community Care Day will be held on Saturday, June 6th, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Vera Francis Hall Park, 1503 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, in Green Cove Springs Free health information and educational materials, medical providers will be available to meet with individuals who are in need of medical attention and guidance.
