Yoga 4 Change/ Blue Zones Project Yoga Classes

Yoga 4 Change, in partnership with Blue Zones Project Jacksonville, will host one free weekly yoga class in a different location in the region every 10 weeks. These classes are open to the public and the first is already underway at Legends Center and Gymnasium at 5130 Soutel Drive, December 19th at 6:00 p.m. To register and for more info visit www.y4c.org.
