NEA JPL Book Reads Initiative

The National Endowment of the Arts and the Jacksonville Public Library, will officially kick off the 2017 JAX READS!/NEA Big Read program taking place now through March 11. The communitywide reading initiative urges residents to read books together and take part in discussions, programs, and movie screenings at neighborhood libraries.
