The 40th Anniversary of the MLK Holiday Grand Parade will take place on Monday, January 18th, 2021. The Grand Marshal of the 40th Annual MLK Holiday Grand Parade is Judge-Elect Rhonda Peoples Waters, the first black female elected to the bench of the 4th Judicial Circuit.
