Mayor Deegan’s River City Readers Literacy Event

Mayor Donna Deegan River City Readers, citywide reading challenge for school-age children, next reading extravaganza is Wednesday, March 6^th, 3:30 p.m. at Rufus E. Payne Elementary School, 6725 Hema Rd. The Mayor  will read to children, discuss River City Readers, and distribute books and backpacks to attendees.
