Jacksonville Public Library and the Jacksonville League of Women Voters Jacksonville First Coast are hosting three forums for candidates in Duval City Council runoff elections. First date is Thursday, April 18th at 6 p.m., with District 8 candidates: Tameka Gaines Holly, Ju’Coby Pittman; At-Large Group 1 candidates: Terrance Freeman and Lisa King.
