JCC Telephone Communication Workshop

Jacksonville Children Commission Professional Development 101: Foundation for Telephone Communication workshop scheduled for Tuesday, December 27th at 5 -7 p.m. This is a formal introduction for using the telephone to improve customer service. This course focuses on the basics of internal and external communication with customers when making and receiving phone calls. Location is Jacksonville Children’s Commission, 1095 A.
