Jax Alpha Phi Alpha Oratorical Contest – The Upsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. invites the community to the annual the MLK Oratorical Scholarship contest. Young men from various Duval county High Schools will be delivering speeches and competing for over 5,000 dollars in college scholarships at Westside High School, Saturday, January 31^st at 9 a.m., event will feature emcee Mark Spain, musical performances and guest reception.
