Florida Theatres 1927 Grand Opening Recreation

The Florida Theatre will recreate its 1927 opening as a grand movie palace, by showing the Buster Keaton silent film Steamboat Bill Jr. Tony Steve, Professor of Percussion and Contemporary Music at Jacksonville University will conduct the movie’s score. The evening will end with a champagne toast and cake reception.
