Duval Cat Fix III

Residents can bring in up to six cats during November 3 – November 30 to First Coast No More Homeless Pets (FCNMHP) for free spay/neuter surgery for feral and owned cats across Duval County in partnership with the City of Jacksonville as part of the grant funded “Duval Cat Fix III” program.
