Cowford Chophouse MOO-VE IT 5K

 The Cowford Chophouse is holding its fourth annual MOO-VE IT 5K, Saturday, February 22nd at 8 a.m., benefiting the students the Jacksonville Arts and Music School (JAMS) program  The 5K and one-mile fun run is a family friendly event that is open to all runners of any level.  Starting location is the Cowford Chophouse 101 E Bay St.  For more info call (904) 862-6464.
