Community Hospice & Palliative Care is hosting free virtual support and educational sessions both scheduled for Tuesday, October 26^th: Advance Care Planning at 1 p.m. (Online Session) and Understanding Grief at 6 p.m. (Online Session). Learn more about advance directives and advance care planning and what goes into creating a living will and health care surrogate.
