A public meeting for the JTAMobilityWorks Collins Road project will be held on Thursday, February 16 at Chimney Lakes Elementary School located at 9353 Staples Mill Dr. The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) will share final design plans for the widening of Collins Road between Rampart Road and Old Middleburg Road.
