Lincoln Museum Cultural Center Lunch and Learn Series
The Lincoln Museum Cultural Center will hold a ‘Lunch and Learn’ series, June 13th – 19th, with host Dr. Edda Fields-Black, author of COMBEE Harriet Tubman, the Combahee River Raid and Black Freedom Join us at the LMCC for Nora Oracle’s two part film of African Diasporan Hidden Kulture. In addition author and master quilter; Pat Hines in a demonstration on quilting and its significance to the underground railroad and the “The Soul of Blackness,” a dynamic 90-minute production celebrating the richness, resilience, and cultural impact of Black music and artistic expression.
