Teresa Nicole hosted a book signing during Jacksonville’s Art Walk to debut her new book Mirror Mirror: A Journey Back to the Woman You Forgot to See. Set against the backdrop of the city’s energy, the outdoor experience allowed guests to not only meet the author and engage in meaningful conversation, but be part of a moment centered on growth and self-reflection.
An Eric Jerome Dickey book lover at heart, Nicole utilized her own life experience to create the personal and transformative guide that speaks to the woman who has poured into everyone else and, somewhere along the way, lost herself. Through honest storytelling, mindset shifts, and moments of reflection, the book encourages women to look in the mirror and truly see their worth again.
Teresa’s passion for this project comes from her own journey having experienced seasons where she felt unseen, overlooked, and disconnected from who she truly was. It took her over a year to create the book as she multi-tasked through her own life. As an entrepreneur, wife, mother and community volunteer, the Andrew Jackson and EWU graduate wanted to share with the village the value life experience has brought her.
“I wrote Mirror Mirror to help other women reclaim their confidence, identity, and voice,” she stated. Designed as a framework for rediscovering “the woman you used to see” before life altered self-perception, the book leads readers through a path of healing, growth, and self-love. Her mission is simple but powerful – to remind every woman that she is still in there, and she deserves to be seen, loved, and chosen, especially by herself.
Currently she is working on her follow up book, Mama Drama. You can find Mirror Mirror on Amazon and www.Iamteresanicole.com.
