NAACP Black History Program – The Jacksonville branch of the NAACP Youth Council and Winifred Henry of Winnie’s Project H.O.P.E., Black History Program, Friday, February 26th, at 7 p.m. at James Weldon Johnson middle school, 1840 W 9th street.
