King, Jr. Memorial Foundation Inc., 2016 Grand Parade mandatory meeting for all groups/units, Saturday, January 9th, a representative of all participating groups / units must attend this meeting, there will be no exceptions! The location is Jacksonville City Hall, 117 W. Duvall St. in the City Council Chamber.
