Through an extensive network\, the ALS Association is on the ground in all 50 states providing support for people living with ALS and their loved ones by ensuring they have access to critical care programs and services. \nWalk to Defeat ALS® is the world’s largest signature event focused on supporting people living with ALS and their families.
