Trojills Challenged to Take Ownership for Their Future

The Ribault High School Lady Trojills held their 3rd Annual Spring luncheon last week to honor and encourage young ladies be all they can be. Through the school sponsored club, young ladies are encouraged to participate in community service projects and give back to the area surrounding the northside high school. To join the Trojills, female students have to possess a 3.0 grade point average, dress professionally, have personality and ambition. Program results include boosted grade point averages, behavioral changes and positive impact in their homes and their communities. This year the Trojills volunteered at Annie Morgan and Martin Luther King Elementary schools, attended a Savannah College tour, earned Associate degrees and three of the last Ribault Queens were program participates. Shown are this year’s speakers Claude Cheatham, Alexis Gunns, Dr. Sherice Heck-Newberry and Kiara Washington.
