William M. Raines graduate Kelley Barnes received the naval officers Association Jacksonville chapter scholarship for $1000. The scholarship luncheon was held at the University Club. Kelley will be attending Florida A&M University where she will major in Healthcare Management in the fall 2015. The Jacksonville chapter of the Naval Officers Association has issued more than $38,000 in scholarships to deserving students in Duval, Clay and Nassau counties over the past three years.
