The Jacksonville Chapter of the 100 Black Men welcomed and pinned four community committed leaders at their monthly meeting last week. The men are advocates for positive change by developing and implementing responsible solutions to issues facing African American males. The new 100 brotherhood members pinned were Tommy Bridgewater, Richard Collier, Cecil Kimbrough and Dr. Albert Chester, II.
