The Jacksonville Chapter of The Links, Incorporated celebrated the rich history and great traditions of Historically Black Colleges and Universities this month. In support of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund’s “I Love My HBCU Month”. The chapter recognized important people and events in HBCU history and highlighted the contributions that HBCUs play in preparing future leaders through social media and chapter meetings focusing on the four HBCUS located in the state of Florida – Edward Waters College (EWC), Florida Memorial University (FMU), Bethune Cookman College (BCU) and Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU).
