FSCJ Black Feminism: Dorothy Pittman Hughes

Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) welcomes African American activist and feminist Dorothy Pitman Hughes Tuesday, February 20th, from 7-8:30 p.m. to discuss her experiences as a Black woman in the feminist movement of the 1960s and 1970s.   She will discuss her work fighting sexism, racism and urban poverty in Harlem, New York and today in Jacksonville.
