For the past 18 years The Beauty Institute located has been serving the community to provide back to school supplies, haircuts and “hair dos” free of charge.
This year’s event held at the Jacksonville campus located on Soutel Drive. Over 100 students , age 5-16, received approximately 100 back to school styles.
“The Beauty Institute loves to help the community in any way possible. Giving back to students is a way to prepare them for their first day of school so they can feel confident, get their work done and get great grades. We greatly appreciate all the alumni, salon owners, and professionals that took the time out to help support our event,” said Beauty Institute Director Sonia Craig.
