By Jordan Mills – The annual Tom Joyner Family Reunion event was a fun filled Labor Day weekend with front row access for families from around the country. The family reunion, dubbed a “party with a purpose” kicked off with a live taping of the Tom Joyner Morning Show. The three day even included seminars, workshops, concerts, autograph sessions and vendor booths. Celebrity Performances included Cameo, Morris Day and the Time and Maxwell. Classic actors from TV shows such as Living Single, Good Times and Family Matters were on hand to sign autographs with fans. Featuring a little something for everyone, the event concluded with a gospel explosion with special guest Fred Hammond.
